Real Techniques Brushes: Stippling Brush and Miracle Complexion Sponge

Oh my gooooodness! I can not believe I now own something from Real Techniques! I been wanting to buy something from their collection but didn't have the time. Well, I did and here they are!

I brought the stippling and the sponge and I love them. I fallen in love with them so much. They have helped me be able to get a better finish of my makeup and fill in those little gaps.

The Stippling brush is pretty much recommended to finish the face makeup and help everything blend together and it has, oh, it has. I have actually read that you can use to apply foundation as well but for some reason I just feel that will ruin the brush. I don't know. I have my theories.

The Miracle Complexion Sponge is fab! Haha. It has many ways of use such as blending in concealer under the eyes and over blemishes and blending in the jawline so you don't have a horrible foundation line. It's incredibly useful!

Brilliant buy! They are both so soft for the face and able to fit into my makeup bag. Well done Real Techniques!

Question of the day: Do you own any real techniques brushes?

I'll see you all soon!

April Favorites!

To be honest, I didn't really have many favorites this month. Which is very surprising as I normally have quite a few things to show and tell but this month. Nope. Minimum items unfortunately (3. I know right). BUT! (There's has to be a but) I do have a lot to talk about these products.

I think it was around the middle of April when I came across the Big Easy BB Cream from Benefit and I knew that I have read and heard about this quite a lot. I was also on the hunt for a BB cream at that moment of time and it was a brilliant opportunity to take a look!
This BB cream has an amazing texture! I love how it goes from a liquid to a powder as soon as you apply it to the face and it feels so incredibly light that most of the time I have literally forgotten that I had it on!
You can easily build up the coverage of this by just applying extra and the good thing about this is it doesn't look unnatural when having more of it on.
This is an old favorite of mine but last month I used it nearly everyday! It is the Neal's Yard Lip Gloss and the smell of this is organismic! I also love the texture of this. Soft and smooth. It's a real spring kind of lip gloss because it has this little bit of shimmer to it and looks so nice if you are going for a natural look.

The last favorite is the love of my life....Yankee Candles. I love love LOVE Yankee Candles! I can't seem to get enough. I find the scent of these candles so calming and let's the mind turn off and relax. I always light one when watching TV or reading a book and it's so calming.
So, when I noticed that my old Yankee Candle was burning out, of course, I had to run out and found more! I have a problem, ok. The ones that I brought our Black Cherry and Lemon. I've never tried these ones before but, oh my goodness, I was in heaven! And I was so pleased that I found a lemon one as lemon is my favorite scent!

And that is it! I hope you all enjoyed your April as much as I did! Before I forget. May the fourth be with you...oh yeah. Haha. See you all soon!

The Daily Skin Routine..In the Morning

Mornings.... You love them or you hate them. To be honest with you all, I like them. I love that feeling of being refreshed in the morning and being excited for the day ahead! Call me mad, but, I love them! Today, I wanted to share what skin products I use in the mornings on a day to day basis. It's a pretty simple routine but it keeps my skin calm and it helps my acne problems a lot!

The first thing I use is my amazing Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. I absolutely love this stuff! The many times I have mentioned this is countless! I put a little bit of it on to a cotton pad and give a nice wipe around my face, so for the dirt and make up that I missed the night is fully removed.

Next on the list of miracles is the Visibly Clear Spot Stress Control Scrub by Neutrogena. Now this little gem has completely helped my spots contained with stress disappear! Goodbye blackheads and pimples and Hello glamorous skin! First, I give my face and neck a good wash so it is ready to be applied by the scrub, then I put only a small amount of it in to the palm of my hand and rub her hands together so it becomes thick and easy to apply, finally I rub in to my face and neck and wash it off. EASY! I do do do recommended this to anyone who is having spot stress problems.

Then, as always, I apply my Nivea Refreshingly Soft Moisturising Cream. I only put a little dab on to my cheeks, forehead, chin and nose so my face doesn't feel oily or greasy.

Lastly, I give my lips a little scrub with my Bubblegum Lip Scrub by Lush. This little scrub has grown on me. I find it so refreshing and it keeps my lips moist throughout the day. Ever since I started using this I haven't had dry lips! I apply a little bit to my bottom then top lip and then put my lips together and give them a full scrub.

Ta Da! And that is all! As you can see my routine is extremely simple and basic but it gives me good and glowing skin which I am currently enjoying!

Quick Question: What is your favorite skin care product?

New Look, Next, Boots, Lush and More Haul!

Hello Lovelies!

How has everyone been? Firstly, HAPPY EASTER! I hope you're all getting ready to tuck into your Easter eggs and regret it afterwards! Yay! Hahaha.

So, if you follow me on twitter (@theycallmeezza), you may know that on Friday I went on a little shopping trip and got a few things, which I for one am very very happy with! And I just wanted to show you all and tell you what I think of them.

In the UK, we have two clothing stores which are called Next and New Look (you might have them in your country and adore them as much as we do) and I love their latest clothing and accessories!

First of all from Next, I brought this blue top with white dots, which you put over a vest top and I love how it's so summery and how you can wear it in the day time and in the evenings.

From New Look, I brought a grey blazer that the material of it is actually like a cardigan and I love that! I think it's great for spring and summer evenings when going out to somewhere nice! Also, it's just generally nice for special occasions.

Going back to Next, I then brought this mint colour button up blouse with little birds on it and I thought it was so cute! With this, you also put a vest top underneath. As again, this is brilliant for the spring and summer seasons!

Back to New Look, I brought this long gold necklace which has little beady bits and a feather hanging off the end, I been needing something like this for ages now and I never really found one that I liked, thank goodness I found this!

Lastly, I brought this burgundy bag from New Look and can we all just have a second of silence and take a look at this bag....IT IS THE LOVE OF MY LIFE! I am in officially in love with this bag, it's so perfect for me as I tend to put quite a few things into my bag. It's just paradise.

Now on to Boots! I love Boots. I think every girl in the UK loves Boots. It has everything that a girl will ever need!

If you know me, you'd probably know that I stress out... a lot. And this tends to give me spots! Oh huzzah. So, I saw this little beauty and I thought I will give it a spin. I hope this will help my skin and me to relax and chill for a while.

Now, this is one of the prettiest nail vanishes that I've ever seen! The colour of this is called Pistachio Drage by L'Oreal, which comes out like a minty kind of colour, and I can't stop bragging on how much I adore this! As you can see in the picture, I do have it on my nails at the moment and I can't seem to stop staring at them...Oh dear.

Lush. Oh Lush. Sweet Lush. Oh how I love the smell of Lush! I must of been in this shop for about half an hour just smelling all of their products!

I've heard about this lip scrub for a while now and I've been wanting to try it out. The smell of this is so so strong! And every time I smell it, I just want to eat it... But you can! This lip scrub is actually made out of sugar and is edible but I wouldn't advise you to eat the whole pot for health and safety reasons, haha. Moving swiftly on before I get sued...

Now, for a little special treat... I went to Debenhams as well on Friday but I also been going throughout the week too and I picked up a couple of samples of products that I've been dying to try.

The first sample that I picked up was the Clarins Face Treatment Oil in Lotus. Lately, I have had quite oily skin ,because of the weather changing, and it been especially at night! I had tried moisturizers but they're just not helping! So, I had a little chat to the Clarins lady about it and she recommended this and it has been so wonderful to my skin! I feel so refreshed and not so oily in the morning! I will be going back to buy the full product, believe me!

The second and last sample that I picked up was the Lancome Teint Idole Ultra in 01 and I love this so much that I don't seem to have much more of the sample (sad face) but I found this product incredible! It felt so light on my face and the coverage was very good especially as I'm always running around getting errands done, I only needed to powder once! Once!

Then, when I went shopping Friday, I brought this glamorous product from Benefits! I was so excited to finally buy something fro Benefits as I've never brought anything from them before. So, this my lovelies is the Big Easy BB Cream and this is very very good! The SPF is 35 which we all know is pretty damn good! It also helps control moisture and oiliness on the face which is good for the summer and warm days. Overall, this product is brilliant indeed!

With the BB Cream, I got a free Fake Up concealer which is also from Benefits. I'm still debating with myself about this product. It is meant to cover up the dark circles under the eyes and diffuse fine lines but I'm just not seeing it yet. I don't know if I'm not using it right or if I'm just too young to use it. Hmm, let me get back to you all about this.

So, overall I had a very successful shopping trip and I very much enjoyed it! I hope you all have a lovely weekend and Easter!

See You Soon!

How have we all been? Enjoying the sun, are we? Hehe. I know I am! I am so so happy the sun has finally wanted to come out!

If you've been reading my blog, you may of known that last month I did a wishlist for skincare and I did actually buy some of those products! Woopie! So, I thought I would do another wishlist for this month as well but for makeup as I've heard so many good things about these certain products! So, here we go!

Revlon ColorBurst Matte Balm
If you're a common beauty blog reader, you've may of heard about this product a lot! This lipstick balm is very popular and ,in my eyes, very beautiful! I love the different colours of this balm and the names of them...don't even get me started!

Sleek Makeup Brow Kit
I am always trying to get my eyebrows perfect and knowing me, I will try anything to do so! This Sleek brow kit looks extremely helpful and I like how it comes with little brushes and tweezers, very classy! Haha.

Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24hr Foundation
I've actually tried this foundation out by getting a sample from my local Debenhams store and oh my goodness, I am in love.. This is so natural and really balances out the skin tone. I also have to add that it smells divine! I always love a good smelling foundation.

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer
The many times I've been recommended this product is countless! Not kidding! Every time I ask about good concealers, I always get told to try the Nars concealer as it covers up dark circles under the eyes and little blemishes and has good coverage.

So, there we have it! My wishlist for April! I hope this has given you a couple of ideas of what to buy for your next beauty shop.

DIY with E : The Many Uses of a Used Coffee Pot!

Hell-O Lovelies!

How has your Sunday been? Are you nice and relaxed? Or doing a weekly shop? Either way, I hope you're enjoying it! So, today I wanted to post about something relating to DIY and being creative because lately I have been and I wanted you, yes YOU, to get creative too! In the last month or so, I've found so many used coffee jars around the house and I wanted to do something with them. So, I thought why not use them for storage! The ideas in my mind then started to become into reality...

The steps of making a clear coffee jar is extremely easy! All you really need to do is put a normal coffee jar (still having the paper of the logo on the jar) into a bowl of hot/boiling water then leave it in there for half an hour minimum. Then when the time is up, start pealing off the paper and the glue. If all of it doesn't come off, put it back into the water for another 10-20 minutes.

When all of the paper and glue has come off of it, you can either decorate it like this with paints:

or just leave it clear. Your choice!

These little and big jars are so handy! Especially, if you have run out of room to things things away, like me! I used them for things such as nail vanishes, makeup brushes, money and candles!

I hope this idea comes in use for you! I would love to hear and see what you've put in yours! You know where to find me!

See You Soon!

My Night Routine!

Hello Everyone!

Happy Friday! It's finally the end of the week once again! I must say, that these weeks are flying by so quickly! Ah!

Anyway, today's post is about my night routine. I wanted to do this ages ago but kept forgetting! So here it is:

Night Routine

After I have my dinner, I like the evening to be my time to be able to relax and let my mind turn off for a while from the day that I've had. So like any other teenage, I go up to my room and turn on the TV. I normally watch something like The Big Bang Theory, which I find absolutely hilarious! While watching I will browse through Twitter, Facebook and Bloglovin to see what is happening in the world of the internet and the latest beauty tips.

When the show is finished, I like to write in my diary any thoughts or ideas for the blog and I sometimes like to write down how I felt that day and my little problems that I had. It always makes my feel calm and relaxed. I then like to answer the day's question in Q&A Journal, I've must of said about this little book so many time now, haha!

Around 8 o'clock, I then start to get into my pajamas or comfortable clothes, so if I do fall asleep I won't be in my day clothes (I've done this so many times before!) When I finally feel comfort, I go into the bathroom and do my skin regime. I always start by cleaning my teeth as I don't want any of the skin creams to come off when I wipe my mouth. Secondly, I use the Skin Therapy Cleansing Lotion - this is a Wilkinson's brand and is actually quite good, I put some of this onto a cotton wool or a paper towel and wipe it on my eye lids and around my face, this removes all of makeup so well and doesn't make my eye sore afterwards. After this, I then wash my face with good old soap and water. Next, I moisturise my face with the Nivea Pure & Natural Moisturising Day Cream, I know that this says day cream but I also use it as a night cream because I just think it's that good, haha. I've used this for so long now and it lasts forever! Lastly, I use the Quinoderm Cream which is used for spots and it works like a dream. As I get quite bad breakouts sometimes, I always use this and the spots disappear within days!

Then before jumping into bed and reading my book, I always like to fill up my water bottle with water as I like to keep hydrated through out the night, and I generally just like water.

I hope you enjoyed reading my night routine! Now you all know a little more about my life and the products that I use within it! Hahaha.

I post every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You're Beautiful and Thanks for Reading.

February Favorites!

Hello Lovelies!

Cheesy hello there. How has everyone's week been? Can I just say, THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY! I've been wanting and waiting for this day to come all week! I just want a lay in...you know? I've been so tired this week, I've literally never been so tired! Utter craziness!

Well, onto the point of this post. Today, I will be doing my first ever monthly favorites! Yay! I have been so excited to do this as I've had so many good little purchases this month! And I am very excited to be able to share them with you all.

So, at the beginning of the month, I really wanted a new eye shadow palette as my old one was worn and I just needed some new colours in my life that actually suited me! So, I brought the MUA Eye shadow Palette Heaven and Earth. I love this so much! I haven't gone a day without wearing it, I find it so natural and just perfect if you don't want to look extreme with your eye makeup! Recommend so much! Click here to check it out!

My next need of purchases was my fabulous makeup brushes! I absolutely love these brushes! It has every brush that you can think of and it is so amazing for when you want to really experiment or look professional with your makeup. It is 32 piece set and it is by Vanz. I've never heard of this brand but I was desperate for some brushes and they looked really good and had positive reviews, so I thought just go for them! And not a single regret! One of my best purchases ever! Have a look here if interested!

I was having a look around on Amazon, I came across this adorable little Q&A Journal, then I remembered that BubzBeauty had this and she really recommended it to her viewers and oh my goodness, it is just so so cute! Every day, you get asked a question that you have to answer at the end of the day and it just makes you think about what happened that day or the last time you did something. For example, today's question was 'When was the last time you was sick?' And I answered 'Christmas Time'. As this is a 5 year journal, you answer the same questions on that day for 5 years and it lets you look back on what your wrote the year before. I really enjoy it! If you are too interested, link is here!

Another makeup product that I actually recently brought is the Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Foundation. I am in love with this foundation! It's got good coverage and covers the little blemishes on my face, which I always love! This is my first foundation that I have brought other than the Natural Foundation. And can I just say that the price of this was only £3.00! I was so lucky to get on sale in Superdrug! Thank you Superdrug! This is also a really good starting foundation for people that are just starting to use and experience makeup, I really REALLY recommend this! Get it here! Now! I mean it.

Another recent purchase I have made is the John Frieda Shampoo - Colour Protection. This is amazing on my hair especially as I've just dyed it. This keeps the colour in your hair in longer than normal shampoo would do. Weird point but it smells good! It smells like strong soap..(duh, Erin) but a good smell of soap, you know? I enjoy this a lot! I actually need to buy the conditioner of it too, so little hint of what will be on next month's favorites. Haha. Have a look here if you want too!

I always like the smell of candles in my room, especially Yankee Candles! I can not get enough of them! They smell so incredible! And last for ages! The recent one that I've brought is called Vanilla Cupcake and it smells so much like cupcakes that it makes me hungry! I find it so relaxing as well, I always like to come home from a busy day at school or work and go upstairs to my room, put some relaxing music on and light the candle and mediate, it makes me feel so calm. I must say, Yankee Candles are my latest obsessions, I love the smell of them so much! Ahhh! If I was you, I would purchase one for just relaxation - click here to get one!

For fun, I brought one of my favorite films, Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason. I am so relatable to Bridget sometimes with the things she does and says! I find her incredibly funny! So you all don't get confused, this is the second film of the two but they are both amazingly funny! I find fascinating how Renee Zellweger had to prepare for these films and what she had to learn and do to be perfect for the role. She is officially one of my favorite actresses! If you want a copy, check it out here on Amazon.

We have come to the end of the favorites! Wayhey! I hope you've enjoyed reading what I liked and brought this month, believe me there will be a continuous series of monthly favorites! I also hoped I've made you interested in these products and you go ahead and buy them! Tell me in the comments below or on my social medias that you have as I would love to know. Also, tell me what YOUR monthly loves are this month! I'm always nosy to know! Haha.

Time to say goodbye and I'll see you next Monday!

I post every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You're Beautiful and Thanks for Reading.

What I Use: Hair Care!

Hi Everyone,

How was everyone's weekend? And how are you feeling at this very moment? Do tell! Anyways, back to the subject of this blog post. If you can see by the title, today I will tell you what I use for my hair and how I keep it healthy. On to the products!

So, the first thing that I use for hair is, of course, shampoo and conditioner. The brand that I use is TreSemme and I've used this brand for ages and it's so good to me! It makes my hair feel light and soft and it hasn't given me any problems at all! I would put on the shampoo first which I apply all over the hair. Whilst applying it, I do section by section of my hair so I know that it I won't any greasy sections that I've missed out. After I've washed out the shampoo, I apply the conditioner to the lower section of my hair so it feels softer that the top half of my hair as it's, I think, more noticeable. Then I wash it out and I normally take a hair gripper (clip) into the shower so afterwards I just put hair up as I find easier.

When I'm finally out of the shower (believe me, I take a while in the shower!) and get dressed, I then start to dry and style my hair. Before, drying my hair, I normally spray some heat defence so I don't kill or hurt my hair by the heat of the hairdryer and the straightens. The heat spray that I use is called Hot Stuff by Phil Smith, I was actually recommended this by my own mother, so thanks mum! I spray this all over the top and bottom of my hair, I also spray underneath as I tend to dry underneath my hair as well.

When I'm drying and styling my hair, I sometimes use hairspray, I don't always use this as it can sometimes make my hair feel a little bit sticky. I use the Silvikirin Classic and I normally buy the firm hold. This lasts all day but I've had some people tell me that it doesn't for them, so it could be only for specific hair. So, I wouldn't really recommend this but I'm literally just telling you readers what I personally use.

I hope you enjoyed this post! I'm really starting to enjoying blogging beauty and meeting other beauty bloggers that I can relate too! I also love hearing the feedback from you guys! So thank you very much for just allowing me to be in this community.

I post every Monday, Wednesday and Friday! So, I'll see you soon!

You're beautiful and thanks for reading!

My Skin Care Routine!

Hello Everyone,

So, today's post will be about my skin care routine. I will tell what I use and what order I use it in and maybe this could give you a couple of ideas and jazz like that.

The first thing, I always do is remove my make up from the long day that I've had. I am very basic but I use the good old soap and water trick because it removes all of the make up on the face and let's your skin breathe. The soap that I use the most is a Pears soap, it smells so good and makes my skin feel very soft indeed!

Next, I use a facial wipe to remove any make up that is still remaining, especially eye make up. I normally use the Truly Gentle 3 in 1 by Clean and Clear, this feels amazing on my skin and it gives that extra soft and moist feel.

I then use the Pure and Natural moisture by Nivea, this lets the skin breathe and lets the pores breathe too. It does have a oily feel to it but that's completely natural for this product brand and this moisture.

The last thing I use is the Tea Tree Oil which I brought from a drugstore in the United Kingdom called Boots. I love the smell of Tea Tree Oil, I find it really refreshing and gives it that last little feel of relaxation. Perfect for putting on spots that are just breaking out and even more great for putting a couple of drops on your pillow when you have a cold.

I hope that this has been helpful to you and tell me what kind of products you use in the comments below. I will link the websites to the products below.

You're beautiful and thanks for reading!
